How to Measure

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline where you normally wear your trousers.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Height: Stand straight against a wall and measure from top of head to floor.
