Be as complete as possible in the description of your complaint. Add the order number, photos and/or any previous e-mail correspondence. We will give you a substantive response as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after we have received your complaint. You can also register your complaint at the ODR platform of the European Commission. This is a platform which was launched by the EU for all consumers within Europe.
