  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized race suits, team apparel, and special orders.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at customerservices@dashracegear.net with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in secure packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Exchanges

If you would like a different size, style, or product, please request an exchange during the return process.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
